Shipping

Atlantic Soap Company prides ourselves on getting orders out the door and into your hands as quickly! We ship via USPS Priority. Typically orders will ship out on the following business day. If we are not able to meet this deadline, we will notify you!

Returns

We are a very small business.  Please read the description of your item carefully before ordering.  Our products are all handmade and they may differ slightly from the image on the product page.  We think this makes them special.  We hope you love them as much as we do!  If you don't, please reach out.  

Prior permission must be granted before returning products. Contact us at atlanticsoapco@gmail.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at atlanticsoapco@gmail.com.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are final sale and are not eligible for refund.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
